Our Story
Established in April 14 2015, Total Woman Network (TWN) is a non-governmental organization (NGO) that works with the women in Ghana, holistically to address the issues affecting their livelihood and creating sustainable businesses. The founder is Edna Quartey, based on strong convictions to lift women out of vulnerability, poverty and fulfilling their full potentials. Total Woman Network seeks to empower women by Educating and inspiring them to become economically independent and virtuous.
Our aim is to provide an integrated and sustainable business options which equips them with skills in order to have their own micro-enterprise. We operate in both rural and urban communities in Ghana and beyond. Total Woman Network (TWN) is a voluntary, humanitarian, non-governmental, non-political and non-partisan organization. We believe that Women empowerment is of concern to the organization and most programs are aimed at improving the living conditions of women and not forgetting the God factor. The origination of (TWN) is a viable vehicle to reach communities, recognized the need for capacity building and expertise to further their mission and ultimately lift the women out of strife.
Total Woman Network also believes that every woman must live a fulfilled life and also maximize their full potentials as in the dominion mandate (Gen.1:27-28), accordingly we make God an integral part of our programs, Ideas, Knowledge, Innovation, Creativities and Skills acquisition.
